CAMPIELLO STUDIO — SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Campiello Studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1 . T H E M A D E - T O - O R D E R P H I L O S O P H Y
At Campiello Studio, we actively reject fast-fashion mass production. Every single garment in our Archive is created under an intentional, sustainable made-to-order infrastructure. When you place an order, our studio triggers a custom assembly process—including high-density printing, premium branding execution, and strict
quality control. True quality requires time, and your garment is tailored specifically for you.

2 . P R O C E S S I N G & F U L F I L L M E N T T I M E S
All orders undergo a production and fulfillment phase before shipment.
Standard Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days.
Orders are not processed, assembled, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or a seasonal drop, processing may be extended by a few days. We appreciate your patience and dedication to slow fashion.

3 . S H I P P I N G D E L I V E R Y E S T I M A T E S ( E U R O P E & G L O B A L )
Once custom assembly and quality verification are complete, your package is dispatched via our international premium courier networks.
Estimated Shipping Time: 12 to 18 business days.

Total Expected Window: Please allow approximately 15 to 20 business days from the moment of purchase to delivery at your doorstep (combining both custom production and transit windows).
*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures, seasonal carrier bottlenecks, or remote destination logistics.

4 . S H I P M E N T C O N F I R M A T I O N & T R A C K I N G
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially left our production facility. The tracking number will become active and scannable within 24 to 48 hours of generation. You can monitor the path of your piece directly from your Shopify customer portal or our tracking page.

5 . C U S T O M S , D U T I E S , A N D T A X E S
Campiello Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For shipments within the European Union, standard VAT regulations apply at checkout where applicable.

6 . I N C O R R E C T A D D R E S S & L O S T P A C K A G E S

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Campiello Studio is not responsible for non- delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address files provided by the buyer. If a package is marked as

successfully delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact our support desk at info@campiellostudio.com within 7 days.
